Friends of the SHARE Center

Friends of the SHARE Center (FoSC) is a grassroots auxiliary group of community members and volunteers that formed in 2024 to raise community support for and awareness about the SHARE Center.

Many people in the community don’t realize how important the SHARE Center is to our community. TSC provides basic essential services to people in crisis, helping them to get on their feet by removing the obstacles that keep them in homelessness and addiction. In doing so, TSC also reduces strain on public resources and private businesses, like BCPD, the hospital, jail and library.

FoSC organized a very successful fundraiser with our first annual Cher for SHARE event. It was a huge success and they are currently working on making the second annual Cher for SHARE even better. This year's event will be November 12, 2026 at the Kool Family Center.
